Managing Everything Behind-The-Scenes
from A – Z
The Experience
Meetings begin with an introduction by the Chairman, who acknowledges the Board of Directors before addressing the agenda of the day. Fellow shareholders are able to ask questions about the meeting’s resolution before voting begins. Once votes are in, the Chairman will conclude the resolution and end the meeting.
Remote Participants
Directors who are unable to attend in-person at the broadcast venue have the option to participate in the AGM remotely. We will assist and prepare remote participants prior to the Annual General Meeting for the best experience.
Learn best practices for being a remote participant when your company experiences a Virtual AGM with us.
Rehearse, Rehearse, Rehearse!
We always do a run-through of the whole virtual experience before going live. This allows every participant to familiarise themselves with presenting to an audience on camera. The details matter to us too, so we go through a minute to minute dry run of the entire AGM to ensure we know how to respond on the actual day.
On-ground producer
On-ground producers are team leaders who are the captain of the ship on that day. They are responsible for ensuring that every necessary action falls into place behind the scenes, so that the AGM runs as planned.
The producers’ role kicks into action from the start of the mock session, right up till when the camera stops rolling on the actual AGM day. They also ensure coordination between the company’s director and remote participants. Our goal for availing our producers in this manner, is to ensure everyone is in sync throughout the entire AGM experience.
